We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the criteria outlined below.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will gladly issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. Please provide your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
2. Unopened & Unused Items If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return any unopened product in its original, sealed condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
3. Opened or Used Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. We encourage you to read the ingredient lists and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

While we cannot accept the return of the opened product, we are committed to your wellness journey and will work with you to find a solution, which may include store credit or a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
